CARO: Common Anatomy Reference Ontology

Cell – Cell Ontology (types of cells)

DC – Dublin Core (publication metadata)

EnvO – Environmental Ontology (habitat of pathogen)

FMA – Foundational Model of Anatomy

GAZ – Gazeteer (geographic locations)

OBI – Ontology of Biomedical Investigations

PATO – Phenotype

SO – Sequence Ontology (sequence features)

Transmission Ontology (add the correct name)
